We use a 3rd Party company called PetScreening to screen household pets, validate reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals, and reinforce our pet policies with all residents. Pet Owners will pay a nominal Pet Profile Fee, and in return you will receive a digital Pet Passport you can share with groomers, vets, daycares, pet sitters.

Generally, acceptable pets include birds, domestic cats, dogs, and fish. Dogs that are pure-breeds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Chow Chow, Great Dane and German Shepherd. No exotic animals or animals with a history of aggressive behavior are allowed. Two (2) pets are allowed per apartment with a weight limit of not more than 74 pounds per pet. 

Resident is responsible for the payment of a monthly non-refundable $20 pet fee, per pet. Also an initial pet fee of $300 applies for each pet, with $150 being non-refundable. 

Breed, size, weight, number limitations, and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals.
